This Shipping Policy explains how The Lion Ritual ships orders, what delivery timelines to expect, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

1) Shipping destinations

We currently offer shipping across Europe.
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we don’t ship there yet.

2) Shipping cost (Europe)

Free delivery across Europe on all orders.

3) Carrier

All European orders are shipped via DPD (tracked delivery).

4) Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak periods (promotions, holidays, or high order volume), processing may take slightly longer.

5) Delivery times (Europe)

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Remote areas or islands may require additional transit time.

6) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery in real time.

7) Delivery issues, delays & failed delivery attempts

If a delivery is delayed or a delivery attempt fails, the courier may:

• attempt delivery again, or

• route the parcel to a local pickup point, depending on your location and DPD’s local process.

If you believe your parcel is stuck, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

8) Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

9) Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or if anything is missing, contact us promptly and include:

• your order number, and

• clear photos of the package (and damage, if applicable).

We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

10) Policy updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, courier, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
